On behalf of the team at Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH) and Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation (ERHF), we would like to sincerely thank Jonathon Karelse, CEO of NorthFind Management, and member of ERHF Board of Directors, for securing and donating 10,000 surgical masks and 5,000 N95 masks via his supply chain contacts.
After talking to a doctor at the hospital and learning of the challenges frontline health care workers will face in the coming weeks as more cases of COVID-19 require hospitalization, Jonathon quickly connected with his supply chain partners and leveraged these relationships to secure the masks. They will arrive at ERH in the coming days and are expected to last about a month.
Jonathon, a long-time and generous supporter of ERHF, has again shown how much his community and his hospital mean to him.
“On behalf of the entire team at Eagle Ridge Hospital and the Foundation, we are beyond grateful for Jonathon Karelse’s ongoing leadership and support. He stepped up immediately to help ERH by using his network to source and purchase life-saving masks in support of health care in our community. His donation is just another example of how he applies his motto that you have a responsibility to give something back if much has been given to you in life.”, says Charlene Giovannetti-King, Executive Director of ERHF. “Our frontline health care staff, who continue to put their own health at risk to keep our patients safe during this time of crisis, will benefit greatly from Jonathon’s donation of surgical and N95 masks and on behalf of them, we thank you.”
