Over the past 28 years, Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign has raised an incredible $92 Million across North America for local charities. In fact, since 1996 every Spring, one week is dedicated to community—where 100% of proceeds from smile cookie sales at all Tim Hortons locations are donated to their favorite charities.
Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation is honoured to be the chosen charity of all nine local Tim Hortons locations in the Tri-Cities community. April 29 to May 05 saw thousands of cookies eaten and in turn thousands of smiles produced. To say the Smile Cookie campaign was a success is an understatement; our community rallied together, raising nearly $28,000 for health care.
Local businesses, like Tim Hortons, and community support, like yours, help us continue to provide the best patient centered care through funding state-of-the-art medical equipment, special programming and resources for Eagle Ridge Hospital and community. And we are grateful.
Smile Cookie Week was a wonderful reminder that even the smallest (and sweetest!) acts of generosity can add up to have a significant impact on our community.
